Kenneth Roth,executive director of Human Rights Watch, wrote an 11 step-plan outlining the combat on terror while still respecting fundamentals rights. He wrote:" The US urgently needs President-elect Obama to live up to his commitment to right the wrongs of the last 7 years, and to regain the moral high ground in the fight against terrorism".
