Associated Press: Republican presidential candidate John McCain's wife, Cindy, reported $4.2 million in income for 2007, according to tax returns released by the McCain campaign LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON. Mrs. McCain, an heiress to the Hensley fortune, paid $1.1 million in taxes, a tax rate of 26%. Her worth has been estimated at more than $100 mil.
