A Hebrew University Law Professor is asking Israel to investigate an episode involving Deputy Prime Minister Shaul Mofaz who is running for prime minister: that when he was Israel's military chief of staff in 2001, during the second intifadah, he held a briefing at which he demanded a "quota" of 70 Palestinian fatalities a day from Israeli forces.
