Bush Seeking Control of Military JAGs critical of torture

In a little-known effort, the Bush administration is moving to take over control of military lawyers, some of whom have been sharply critical of the effort to disregard Geneva Conventions and approve torture techniques in military prisons. The effort would prevent any critical JAGs from being promoted without potential Bush blackballing.
