A stable Iraq requires that the U.S. work with its allies to meet the needs of nearly five million Iraqis uprooted from their homes. As President-Elect Obama crafts a new policy for Iraq, he must take concrete steps to increase funding and opportunities to help displaced Iraqis rebuild their lives.
