We get the "Cliffs Notes" version of "Love and Consequences" which was quickly yanked off the shelves as a fake. It's a "white girl joins black gang until she goes to college" horrible story wickedly dissected by John Gorenfeld, revealing "gangsta moll Margaret B. Jones" is really middle-class liar Margaret Seltzer. Well-written, don't miss it.
