Obama calls for immediate withdrawal of combat troops

In a speech that Barack Obama will give next hour, the top-tier Democratic presidential candidate is expected to outline a clear plan to end the war.  Here is an excerpt from the speech he will give:

"Let me be clear: There is no military solution in Iraq and there never was," Obama was expected to say in a speech Wednesday at Ashford University.

"The best way to protect our security and to pressure Iraq's leaders to resolve their civil war is to immediately begin to remove our combat troops. Not in six months or one year — now," the Illinois senator was to say.

This will force Hillary Clinton to take a strong stand as well, or else face the possibility that anti-war voters will rebel against her.  The ball is now in her court.  Which move will she make?
