President George W. Bush has ordered an investigation into possible manipulation of prices at gasoline stations and suspended deposits into America's strategic oil reserves, as the US government tried to rein in record-high fuel costs.
(more...) I wonder if Mr. Bush realizes that his weekly allowance actually comes from an oil company? Maybe, just maybe he's as clueless as he appears? Maybe, just maybe Daddy Bush 'forgot' to enlighten his son on the economics of being a Bush Co. representative? Oh well, whatever it maybe none of what 'our' president does will make any difference until he learns how to play well with other countries, as well as his own.
