Thank You Hugo Chavez!!! Thanks so much for the oil that we desperately need! Thank you for realizing that the US isn't made up of a bunch of idiots like our president! Thank you for helping us through our very harsh winter with your generous donation of 12 million gallons of fuel oil to the poverty stricten Massachusetts citizens!
